Unban request. Unable to post amnesty/apology

I know this is not the right section, but there is nowhere else to post a unban request because it happened on my iccup account playing legion TD x 3.
I was unrightfully banned on my account name: Pro_srb , and i cant write an amnesty because it says there arent any pending bans on this account which is on Oz.bnet.
Please unban me i didnt leave to get a ban
